Erica King ~ Senior Pictures
Pin It
How time flies... Seems like just yesterday that Erica was a little girl walking her brother into Kindergarten wearing her tutu... I was in 6th grade and thought she was just the cutest thing. Now she is a Senior at GCA and just a gorgeous girl with a fun zeal for life.
We started off the session with some really sweet mother/daughter pictures around the gardens and then ventured to the Barnsley Manor for some of just Erica. When Erica was a little girl there was a picture taken of her playing with her mom's pearls. So Mrs. King brought them along for some pictures of her "little" girl wearing them now. The pictures with the pearls turned out to be some of my favorites from the day!

Ready for Fall!
Here in Tennessee fall is in the air... With low 70* degree temps its call to start enjoying some of my favorite fall things. This morning I enjoyed a leisurely breakfast outside with two of my favorite girls. A nice cup of coffee and Pumpkin Scones with Chai Icing made it a perfect soon-to-be fall morning!

Brendon, Brooke and Tina
Pin It
Over the past two summers I've become close friends with Brendon and Brooke while working at camp together. Before I left Idaho Brendon, Brooke and their mom, Tina made time for a family photo shoot. We spent the evening at The Falls on Hayden Lake. Hayden Lake is honestly one of my favorite places in the world. It is so beautiful and Brendon and Brooke have been lucky enough to grow up there.
Some of my favorite pictures from the session are those we took in a field on the way down to the falls. The lighting was almost magical and the lake shined in the background. Pretty much a perfect evening on Hayden Lake!

Tiffany McMearty
Pin It
I'll never forget my first memory with Tiffany... We met in Argentina a couple years ago as Adventist Colleges Abroad students. The first morning at the school Tiff and I went to ask the lady in the cafe for soymilk but made the mistake of saying... "Soy leche" which means, "I am milk". We wondered why on earth the lady was looking at us so strange.
Since then we've found out how to correctly ask in Spanish for soy milk and have become best of friends. Tiff is so full of life and I always seem to find myself laughing till I almost cry when I am with her. She told me she wanted something fun for her senior pictures... how much more fun could you get then a Ferris Wheel themed shoot.
